This Awesome People edition differs from most, but it is very on-brand, so lfg 🔥
In June, Awesome People will be going to Edge Esmeralda for most of the month. And by Awesome People, I mean me and you! Yes, you are invited to apply. There are limited slots, so apply ASAP and let me know if you do 😉
What is Edge Esmeralda?
Edge Esmeralda is a month-long “popup village” to pilot healthier, more productive lifestyles. We’re focused on feeling our best and incubating novel technologies. The five main tracks are health & longevity, artificial intelligence, human organization, real-world crypto, and hard tech.
What are the deets?
International leaders — Hundreds of founders, builders, and experts from around the world will live in Healdsburg, California, between June 2nd and 30th.
A healthy lifestyle — Everyone will live within walking or biking distance of the main activities. There are multiple daily group workouts, from HIIT to yoga to hitting the gym.
Intellectual heaven — Think salons, fireside chats, and workshops on everything from the neuroscience of happiness to the latest cryptography research. In the first week alone, 37+ events are programmed for and by the community. Each week has a different focus.
A community — Most will spend the whole month with us, and some will just come for a week or two. There will be time to make new friends and deepen relationships.
For everyone — It’s kid and family-friendly, and many families are joining for the full month.
All activities are opt-in, obvi.
Why am I so excited? ✨
Since 2017, I’ve lived semi-nomadically with friends and collaborators. From building businesses together to launching new projects to dancing in the kitchen and making food together, life is better together. I highly recommend trying it for at least a week. Yes, even if you have kids. I promise that the shared community family infrastructure will make parenting easier, not harder.
The geniuses behind Edge, Esmerelda, Janine Leger, and Devon Zuegel, aim to make intentional pop-up cities (and full-time cities) accessible and sustainable for all. Fortunately, this particular pop-up city is focused on many of my favorite things, including health, human organization, and crypto.

Justin Mares (founder of Truemed, Kettle & Fire, Perfect Keto) and I are running a "Living Better, Living Longer" track from June 3rd to 7th. There’ll be an opportunity for a full blood draw, health assessment, and evening salons with leading mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health experts. We’ll culminate the week in an all-day unconference on Friday.
Side note: If you’re a health and wellness founder or expert and want to speak or collaborate, respond to this email. If it’s a fit, I’ll help you get sorted 🙏
Ok, dream team, that’s it. I just wanted to give you all a heads-up because if you haven’t heard of Edge Esmerelda yet, you definitely will in June! As always, please let me know if you have any questions!
Stay awesome,
