Today, I’m excited to relaunch Founder Library to answer all your startup questions! Ask your question, and Founder Guru, our new AI chatbot, will respond based on 1,000+ vetted resources. Founder Guru always cites its sources so you can click to learn more.
You can ask it questions like:

How do I hire my first salesperson?
Say what?! Yes, it’s cool. Here’s the back story:
I’ve been obsessed with helping founders for over a decade. Totally obsessed. Over the years, I’ve been the first business hire, a growth consultant, and a VC.
Founders have asked me thousands of questions, and I don’t always have the answers. Thankfully, smart people like Lenny, the First Round Review team, and the talent featured in this newsletter, consistently share actionable tips, benchmarks, and case studies.
In 2020, Steve Schlafman, a former founder coach and VC, launched Founder Library to organize hundreds of high-quality resources. You can browse the OG site here. Earlier this year, he asked if anyone would take it over, and I raised my hand. I loved the concept and wanted to see it live on.
Today, we’re re-launching Founder Library with a fresh chatbot, Founder Guru. It’s like asking all your favorite startup advisors a question simultaneously and getting immediate answers. We partnered with the fine folks at Delphi for all the technical fancy stuff.
The chatbot format allows us to ingest more articles (1000+, up from the original 300), provide a better search, and answer your questions succinctly.
Boom! So, that’s the story 🥳.
